CONCLUSION
As we’ve seen the essential oils in thieves are just what your body needs when a sore throat strikes.
Now, before we wrap up, keep in mind that are various brands that make this blend.
The most famous is the Four Thieves blend by Young Living.
However, there are other brands to choose from.
And as you can see, each brand has slightly different ingredients.
BRAND + OIL | INGREDIENTS |
---|---|
Young Living: Four Thieves Oil | cinnamon, eucalyptus, clove, lemon |
Eden’s Garden: Fighting Five | cinnamon, eucalyptus, clove, lemon, rosemary |
doTerra: OnGuard | cinnamon, eucalyptus, clove, wild orange peel, rosemary |
Plant Therapy: Germ Fighter | cinnamon, eucalyptus, clove, lemon, rosemary |
Personally, I’m a fan of both Eden’s Garden and Plant Therapy.
I tend to use Plant Therapy much more often because they carry a mix of USDA organic and non-organic oils, whereas Eden’s Garden carries only non-organic oils.
Depending on how I’m using the oils, I prefer to use only organic.
In addition, Plant Therapy provides GCMS reports for their oils. These reports provide a basic level of verification of the oil’s quality.
As a consumer, this gives me an added level of comfort, especially if I’m using the oils to heal something specific.
That said, I know that all have different buying criteria.
So, feel free to go with the brand that meets your specific requirements as a consumer. Happy mixing!
